Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Call leads generated through various channels to introduce them to our services and products.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Sales Closure: Persuade and convince leads to finalize sales, achieving set targets.
Follow-up: Diligently follow up with leads to ensure conversion and address any queries or concerns.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, sales, and other key metrics.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to refine sales approaches
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
